MEXICAN SALSA DIP

Preparation Method :

  • Make the salsa sauce by grinding all the ingredients (except tortilla chip) in a blender.
  • Place the salsa sauce in refrigerator for 2 - 3 hours.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.

INGREDIENTS

  • 30 tortilla chips (toasted)
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 8 tomatoes
  • 2 Onions (finely chopped)
  • 5 black olives
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • 4 tablespoons scilantro (finely chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
