CHICKEN WINGS WITH GARLIC AND YOGHURT

Serves :

Preparation Time :
1 hour 20 minutes

Cooking Time :
45 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Marinate the wings in lemon juice with crushed garlic and season it for 1 hour, turning occasionally. Remove and then drain.
  • Mix the yoghurt into the marinade, then brush onto the wings.
  • Place under a medium-hot grill. As the yoghurt dries, brush more on.
  • The wings should become brown and crisp. Serve warm, garnished with parsley.

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 chicken wings, cut in half
  • 6 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and white pepper
  • 160 ml natural yoghurt
  • Parsley, to garnish
