Preparation Time :

Preparation Method :

  • Wash cranberries and squeeze the juice.
  • Place the juice in the fridge.
  • Pour hot water over squeezed berries and boil it on a low heat.
  • Now filter it through a sieve.
  • Add sugar to it and bring to boil.
  • Mix the starch in cold boiled water and pour into the above mixture and bring to boil.
  • Now remove from the heat and add cranberry juice.
  • Mix it well.
  • Serve it in tall glasses.


  • 1 litre water
  • 100 grams cranberries
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 3 tablespoons starch
