Preparation Method :

  • Rinse udder and slice it.
  • Add salt and pepper and boil with water until udder is cooked.
  • Slice the prepared udder finely and put in pots with finely sliced carrots, turnip, onions and potatoes.
  • Fill the half of the pot.
  • Stew in oven until the vegetables are ready.
  • Serve immediately with sour cream.


  • 500 grams udder
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 turnips
  • 1 onion
  • 2 potatoes
  • 50 grams sour cream
  • salt and pepper as per taste
