Preparation Method :

  • Wash the peppers and dry them thoroughly on kitchen paper.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan until very hot.
  • Add the peppers and cook quickly for about 5 minutes, turning them frequently in the oil until they blister and begin to char.
  • Transfer the peppers to a dish with a slotted spoon.
  • Serve generously sprinkled with sea salt.


  • 1 kg small green Padron peppers, left whole
