SWEDISH BAKED FISH

If there are as many fish dishes you’ve tasted before, why not give a try with Swedish Baked Fish? This gives an extreme delight to anyone who tasted it! Be impressed once you’ve prepared for it! It basically has its fillets, parsley, salt, ground black pepper, tomato juice and halibut fillets!
Serves :

Preparation Time :
30 minutes

Cooking Time :
45 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Put the fish in a greased baking dish. Arrange the onion slices on top and sprinkle with half the parsley.
  • Pour on the tomato juice, season well with salt and pepper, and then cover with a large sheet of aluminium foil.
  • Bake in a preheated moderately hot oven for 30 minutes or until the fish is cooked. Sprinkle with the remaining parsley.
  • Serve hot.   

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 halibut fillets
  • 2 onion, peeled and sliced
  • 8 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 750 ml tomato juice 
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
