Preparation Method :

  • Heat the oil in a pan, add the onion and fry gently until soft and golden.
  • Add the mushrooms and fry for a further 3 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, put the cottage cheese and eggs in a bowl and beat together with a fork.
  • Stir in the ham, then the cooked onion and mushrooms. Add the herbs and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Spoon the mixture into a lightly oiled baking dish, then bake in a preheated moderately hot oven for 20 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  • Serve hot. 


  • 2 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 2 small onion, peeled and finely chopped
  • 200 grams mushrooms, wiped and sliced
  • 500 grams cottage cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 grams cooked lean ham, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons chopped mixed fresh herbs
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Chopped parsley, to garnish
