Preparation Method :

  • Blend or process crisps until finely crushed. Cut pastry into 1cm wide strips.
  • Brush both sides of pastry strips with combined butter and curry powder; press into potato crisps.
  • Twist the strips and place on greased oven trays. Sprinkle with remaining crisps.
  • Bake in hot oven about 10 - 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on trays.


  • 150 grams butter, melted  
  • 250 grams potato crisps
  • 3 sheets ready-rolled puff pastry
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
