The baked haddock with tomatoes is made easy for your daily meals. It main ingredients commonly include haddock fillet, lemon juice, fresh bread crumbs, white wine and cider, and other palatable seasonings. Every fish fillet has a tendered filling best for dinner or lunch.

Preparation Method :

  • Lay the haddock in a buttered ovenproof dish and season well with salt and pepper.
  • Combine the onion, tomatoes, tomato puree (paste), garlic, lemon juice and wine or cider and spoon over the fish.
  • Sprinkle with the breadcrumbs and cook in a preheated moderately hot oven (200°C or Gas Mark 6) until cooked through and browned.


  • 700 grams haddock fillet, skinned
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 4 tomatoes, skinned and chopped 
  • 2 tablespoon tomato puree
  • 2 garlic clove, crushed
  • 4 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 4-5 tablespoons white wine or cider 
  • 80 grams fresh breadcrumbs
