PRAWN BAKED DELICACY

10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Divide half the pear slices into four equal portions on a greased baking tray and place the prawns over them. Top with the remaining pear slices.
  • Combine the cream, cheese, seasoning and mix well. Pour this mixture over the pear and prawn mixture.
  • Top each portion with bread crumbs, sprinkle more seasoning if needed and dot with butter.
  • Bake in a very hot oven for about 10 minutes and serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 grams Prawns shelled, deveined and boiled
  • 150 grams Ripe pears peeled, stoned and sliced
  • 75 grams Cheese, grated
  • 50 grams Bread crumbs
  • 150 ml Sour cream whipped    
  • 2 tablespoon  Butter
  • Freshly ground Pepper and salt to taste
