Preparation Method :
- Blend or process almonds until finely chopped, add egg white, sugar and rum; process until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to medium bowl, add sifted flour, mix to a soft dough.
- Knead gently on lightly floured surface until smooth. Roll dough between sheets of baking paper.
- Cut dough into rounds using cookie cutter and place on greased oven trays; brush with extra egg white; sprinkle with walnuts.
- Bake in hot oven about 10 minutes or until lightly browned; cool on wire racks.
