Preparation Method :

  • Put the mince in the mixing bowl and add the onion, egg and seasoning. Mix well.
  • Lightly flour your hands and the chopping board.
  • Divide the mixture into 4-6 equal portions and shape into burgers.
  • Chill the burgers in the fridge for 10 minutes. Preheat the grill.
  • Place the chilled burgers on the grill pan and brush with oil.
  • Grill the burgers for 4-6 minutes. Turn the burgers over and brush again with oil.
  • Grill for a further 4-6 minutes until done.
  • Cut the buns in half. Toast them under the hot grill if you wish.
  • Slice the tomatoes thinly. Wash and shred the lettuce.
  • Place a handful of lettuce in each bun, and then add the burger and a slice of tomato.
  • Serve with sauce.


  • 500 grams beef minced
  • 2 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Salt and freshly ground Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon flour for shaping
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

To Serve

  • 8 burger buns lettuce
  • 4 tomatoes
  • Mustard, ketchup or mayonnaise
