Cheap Writing ServicesI was going to post a recipe for flourless coffee fudge cookies, but I notice that one has already been posted. To make the taste shine even more, I substitute brown sugar for white sugar and add a teaspoon of genuine vanilla essence. Scoop level using a 1/4 cup portion scoop for big cookies (blue handle in the restaurant type scoops). If you wish, press down a little further and use a large fork to produce criss cross markings. Sprinkle with a little sugar and bake for 15 minutes at 350°F. These cookies are popular and I sell them for a dollar apiece.
