Preparation Method :

  • Combine the butter, sugar, and brown sugar in a large bowl and mix for 1 minute with an electric mixer.
  • Add the coffee, eggs, and egg yolk to the butter and sugar mixture and mix for 1 minute.
  • Add the flour, baking soda, and oatmeal and mix until the mixture is the consistency of wet sand.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Spoon 1 inch mounds of the dough ½ inch apart onto the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven, transfer cookies to cooling rack, and let cool completely.
  • Serve immediately or store for up to 4 days in an airtight container.
  • Pour half the milk into each cup.


  • 200 grams butter, softened
