- Blend all the ingredients and press evenly into a 9 inch pie dish, begin from the centre and work outwards or until the crust covers the bottom and sides of the dish.
- Dust your fingers with sugar and then proceed. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes in a 180°C / 350°F / Gas mark 4 preheated the oven.
