LIGHT CRUMB CRUST

Preparation Method :

  • Blend all the ingredients and press evenly into a 9 inch pie dish, begin from the centre and work outwards or until the crust covers the bottom and sides of the dish.
  • Dust your fingers with sugar and then proceed. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes in a 180°C / 350°F / Gas mark 4 preheated the oven.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
  • 150 grams digestive biscuit crumbs
  • 3 teaspoon plain flour
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1 tablespoon honey
