Preparation Method :

  • Spread mayonnaise or softened butter on the bread slices.
  • Sprinkle some cabbage over the mayonnaise. Then sprinkle a layer of grated carrots on the cabbage.
  • Grate some cheese over it.
  • Cover with another slice spread generously with mayonnaise or butter.
  • Press well. Cut into 3 diagonal pieces.
  • Arrange on a bed of lettuce strips in a serving plate.


  • 70 grams finely shredded cabbage
  • 25 grams cheese
  • 75 grams grated carrot
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise or butter
  • 4 brown bread slices - crust removed
