Preparation Method :

  • Lightly mix grated paneer with green coriander, a little ginger garlic paste and tomato ketchup.
  • Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • Spread paneer mix on a lightly buttered slice.
  • Spread tomato ketchup on another slice and place on the paneer slice.
  • Press and cut into 3 triangular pieces. Repeat with the other slices.


  • 1½ teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 teaspoon tomato ketchup
  • 75 grams grated cottage cheese (paneer)
  • 20 grams coriander - finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices of bread
