Preparation Method :

  • Add shredded chicken, lemon rind, cucumber and dill to the mayonnaise, mix well. Adjust seasoning.
  • Spread the mixture on one side of the bread, cover with another slice.
  • Repeat with the other slices to make 4 sandwiches. Trim the edges and cut diagonally. Place the sandwiches on lettuce and garnish with parsley.


  • 100 grams mayonnaise 
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon mustard 
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice 
  • 100 grams chicken breast - boiled and shredded 
  • ½ teaspoon lemon rind
  • 2 tablespoon fresh or dried dill 
  • 75 grams cucumber - chopped finely
  • 6 slices white or brown bread
