Preparation Method :

  • Add the grated carrot, cabbage, capsicums, moong sprouts and mayonnaise in a large bowl, mix it throughly.
  • Mix peas, chicken, salt, pepper and lime juice in a mixing bowl.
  • Spread the chicken mixture on one slice.
  • Place a second slice and spread the mayonnaise mixture.
  • Place a few egg slices and top with grated cheese.
  • Cover with the third slice of bread. Cut into a triangle, repeat with the remaining slices and serve.


  • 50 grams cheese cubes - grated
  • 2 eggs - boiled and sliced
  • 12 slices of bread - lightly toasted and buttered

Chicken-Pea Filling

  • 100 grams chicken pieces - boiled and shredded
  • 75 grams peas - boiled and mashed
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper

Mayonnaise Filling

  • ½ capsicums - thinly sliced
  • 60 grams moong - sprouted and boiled
  • ½ carrot - scraped and grated
  • 40 grams cabbage - shredded
  • 75 ml mayonnaise
