YOGHURT PRAWN SANDWICH

Preparation Method :

  • Beat yoghurt. Blend with salt, pepper, capsicum and onion into the yogurt.
  • Mix prawns with the yogurt, keeping aside a few for garnishing.
  • Spread the bread slices with some butter.
  • Arrange lettuce leaves on the buttered bread.
  • Place yoghurt-prawns mixture on the lettuce.
  • Garnish with the remaining prawns. Cut into squares and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 75 grams prawns - devein and sauté in butter with salt and pepper
  • 2 teaspoon finely chopped capsicum and onion
  • 2 slices of firm white or brown bread
  • 2 tablespoon of hung yoghurt
  • ½ teaspoon salt, pepper
  • Few lettuce leaves or cabbage
