Preparation Method :

  • Knead the minced meat with one egg, salt, pepper and the mixed spices.
  • Make 4 burgers out of the mixture and cook them on the grill for about 5 - 7 minutes or until cooked completely and keep them warm.
  • Place the slices of bread on the grill and toast for a minute.
  • Rub the garlic into the slices of bread.
  • Place a lettuce leaf and then one burger onto each slice of bread. Pour tomato ketchup over this.
  • Fry the remaining eggs sunny side up. Place these onto the burgers and serve immediately.


  • 550 grams beef mince
  • 75 grams tomato ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mixed spices
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 soft roll
  • 4 slices of farmhouse bread
  • 1 clove of garlic, peeled and halved
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • Pepper and Salt, to taste
  • Butter for frying
