Preparation Method :

  • Spice the chicken with salt, pepper and curry powder on the inside and the outside.
  • Put the pineapple pieces onto a strainer and shake off the excess liquid. Mix the pieces of fruit with the lime juice, the coconut cream, the cream cheese and the chilli paste.
  • Stuff the chicken with the mixture and sew up the chicken tightly with kitchen twine.
  • Spread oil over the chicken and thread it onto a skewer. Grill the chicken filled with pineapple and coconut for about an hour with turning frequently and basting.


  • 1 kg ready to cook chicken, cleaned, washed and dried
  • 150 grams pineapple pieces
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 200 grams coconut cream
  • 1 teaspoon Curry powder
  • 200 grams cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon chilli paste
  • Pepper and Salt, to taste
  • Cooking Oil for spreading
