Preparation Method :

  • Spread the inside of the sardines with mustard and rub sherry vinegar on the outside.
  • Spread oil over the fish and grill for about 3-5 minutes or until done on both sides.


  • 20-24 ready to cook sardines, washed, dried and spiced with salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon sherry vinegar
  • Pepper and Salt, to taste
  • Sesame Oil for spreading
