Preparation Method :

  • Mix the onions and the herbs with the oil, white wine, salt and pepper.
  • Marinate the fish fillets in the herb mixture for about an hour or two.
  • Take the fish cutlets out of the marinade; shake off the excess liquid and cook on the grill for about 3-5 minutes on each side.
  • Serve the halibut cutlets garnished with herbs and slices of lemon.


  • 4 halibut steaks, cleaned, washed and dried
  • 50 ml IDHAYAM sesame oil
  • 1 onion, peeled and diced
  • 1 bunch of dill, washed, dried and finely chopped
  • 1 bunch of chervils, dried and finely chopped
  • 50 ml white wine
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Herbs and lemon slices for garnishing
