HERB SOLE ON THE HOT STONE

Preparation Method :

  • Mix the butter with the herbs, clove of garlic, chives, the parsley, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  • Lay out the fillets of sole on the worktop, spread with herb butter and roll them up securing the rolls with toothpicks.
  • Grill the rolls on the hot stone for about 3-5 minutes on each side.
  • Bake the bacon on the hot stone until crisp.
  • Arrange the rolls of sole and the strips of bacon and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams sole fillets, washed and dried, spice with salt and pepper
  • 1 sprig of parsley, washed, dried and finely chopped
  • 100 grams butter
  • 1 sprig of chives, washed, dried and finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
  • 3 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove of garlic, peeled and pressed with little salt
  • 100 grams bacon, cut into strips
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
