TROUT TOAST

Preparation Method :

  • Slightly toast the bread and spread with butter.
  • Mix the mayonnaise with the cream, capers, horseradish and trout fillet pieces. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • Spread the trout mixture onto the bread, sprinkle the onion cubes over it and cover with the slices of cheese.
  • Grill the trout toast in a grill for about 3-5 minutes. Serve garnished with caviar and parsley.

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 grams smoked trout fillet
  • 100 grams mayonnaise
  • 50 grams cream
  • 1 teaspoon chopped capers
  • 1 onion, Peeled and diced
  • 4 slices of Gouda cheese
  • 1 tablespoon trout caviar
  • 2 teaspoon grated horseradish
  • 4 slices of toast bread
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Butter for spreading
  • Parsley for garnishing
