Preparation Method :

  • Spread oil on both sides of the Leberkase.
  • Cook the slices on the grill for about 5-7 minutes.
  • Heat the butter and fry the eggs sunny side up. Spice the eggs with salt and arrange them on the Leberkase.


  • 750 grams German sausage (Leberk√§se), cut into 4 slices
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt, to taste
  • Sesame Oil for spreading
