Preparation Method :

  • Mince the lamb meat with the dried roll.
  • Mix the mashed banana and spring onion with the minced meat.
  • Knead the egg and the spices with the minced meat mixture and make about 20 - 22 little rolls out of the dough.
  • Cook the lamb rolls on the grill for about 12 - 15 minutes while turning frequently.
  • Put the coconut cream into a mixer. Add the green chillies and garlic to the coconut cream.
  • Make a fine puree of the whole thing, mix in the lemon juice.
  • Heat the oil and fry the mustard seeds in it. Add the puree and sauté lightly. Allow it to cool down completely.
  • Serve the lamb rolls with the sauce and garnished with herbs.


  • 500 grams lamb meat from the haunch
  • 100 grams coconut cream
  • 50 ml lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 3 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 day old roll
  • 1 bundle of spring onions, cleaned and cut into rings
  • 1 banana, peeled and mashed
  • 1 egg
  • Paprika powder
  • 2 green chillies, Cleaned, washed and cut into small pieces
  • 2 cloves of garlic, peeled
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Herbs for garnishing
