Preparation Method :

  • Heat up the honey and mix with the lemon juice, chilli sauce and rosemary needles with salt.
  • Spread the honey mixture over the meat and then wrap up tightly in aluminium foil. Soak for about 8 - 10 hours.
  • Unwrap the meat from the foil, shake off the excess liquid and stud with the garlic.
  • Spread oil over the legs of veal and cook on the grill for about 45 - 50 minutes turning frequently.


  • 2 kg legs of veal, washed and dried
  • 100 ml chilli sauce
  • 50 ml honey
  • 100 ml lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary needles
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and cut into halves
  • Sesame Oil for spreading
