LAMB CHOPS WITH MINT SAUCE ON A HOT STONE

Preparation Method :

  • Boil the reserved mint liquid with the apple juice, white wine and the icing sugar for 10-12 minutes.
  • Adjust the mint sauce as per the taste and add the food colour if needed.
  • Mix the oil with the spices and spread it onto the lamb chops.
  • Grill the lamb chops for about 5-7 minutes on each side and serve the chops with the mint sauce immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 750 grams double lamb chops, washed and chopped
  • 250 ml apple juice
  • 50 grams mint leaves, washed, soaked and strained, reserve the liquid
  • 250 ml white wine
  • 3 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 550 grams icing sugar
  • Green food colouring
  • 3 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Mint for garnishing
