Preparation Method :

  • Add the chillies and the tomatoes to the saffron with the onions, worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, oil and mustard.
  • Marinate the ribs in the honey herb mixture at least for 6 - 7 hours.
  • Take the ribs out of the marinade and grill for 45 - 50 minutes, turning frequently.


  • 250 grams tomato ketchup
  • 2 kg spare ribs, washed, dried separated into portions
  • 100 ml Sesame oil
  • 2-3 small chopped chillies
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 150 grams tomatoes, diced
  • A pinch of saffron
