Preparation Method :

  • Add the garlic cloves and the herbs to the white wine with the mustard, oil, anchovies, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  • Marinate the ribs in the honey herb mixture at least for 6 - 7 hours.
  • Take the ribs out of the marinade and grill for 45 - 50 minutes, turning frequently.


  • 50 ml white wine
  • 2 kg spare ribs, washed, dried separated into portions
  • 100 ml Sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic, peeled and pressed
  • 2 teaspoon mustard
  • 3-4 chopped anchovies
  • 1 tablespoon mixed herbs
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
