Preparation Method :

  • Spice the turkey breast with salt, pepper and curry powder.
  • Mix the red peppers with bacon cubes, egg and red paprika, salt, pepper with the egg and the breadcrumbs.
  • Spread the mixture over the turkey breast, leaving a border of 1½ cm. Then roll up the meat and tie it with kitchen twine.
  • Put the rolled roast and cook on the grill for about an hour. Turn frequently, baste with the oil several times and sprinkle with the rosemary.
  • Rest the roast for a while, then carve into slices and serve.


  • 750 grams turkey breast in one whole piece, prepared for a rolled roast, washed and dried
  • 150 grams tomatoes, peeled, deseeded and cut into cubes
  • 50 ml Sesame oil
  • 500 grams red peppers cut into strips
  • 100 grams streaky bacon, cut into cubes
  • Red paprika, to taste
  • 1 egg
  • 25 grams breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon ground rosemary
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
