Preparation Method :

  • Heat the butter and stew the vegetables and fruits in until it is half-cooked. Spice with salt and pepper and stuff it into the turkey.
  • Then tie up the turkey with kitchen twine.
  • Mix the soy sauce together with the honey and the sherry, spread the mixture on the turkey.
  • Let it dry a little and then grill the turkey for about an hour or until cooked turning frequently. 


  • 1 kg turkey legs, washed and dried, deboned and spice with salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 250 grams onions, peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 3-4 celery sticks, washed, hard outer layers discarded and cut into thick slices
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
  • 2 tablespoon sherry
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
