FISH SKEWERS

Preparation Method :

  • Put the ingredients alternately onto skewers and spice with salt and pepper. Spread oil over them and grill for about 10 - 12 minutes with turning frequently.
  • Mix the fresh cream smoothly with the mayonnaise and then spice with salt, pepper, curry powder and the pineapple juice. Serve the sauce with the skewers.

INGREDIENTS

  • 550 grams pollock fillet, washed, dried and cut into bite sized pieces, sprinkle with lemon juice
  • 250 grams onions, peeled and halved
  • 1 red pepper, washed and cut into pieces
  • 3 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 small can of pineapple chunks, strain excess juice and reserve the juice seperately
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 150 grams fresh cream
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon curry powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
