Preparation Method :

  • Marinade: Mix the oil together with the lemon juice, mashed cloves of garlic and then add the parsley.
  • Rub the mackerels with marinade on the inside and outside.
  • Then put them onto wooden skewers and cook them on the grill for about 10-12 minutes with turning frequently.


  • 4 mackerels, washed, dried, spice with salt and pepper, incised
  • 25 ml IDHAYAM sesame oil
  • 3 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic, peeled and finely mashed with a pinch of salt
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 1 bunch of parsley, washed, dried and finely chopped
