Preparation Method :

  • Simmer the onion with the vinegar and the sugar for about 8-10 minutes at a mild heat.
  • Add the lemon jelly and allow it to boil to a syrup consistency.
  • Stir the peel and the juice into the chutney and add the spices, then let it cool down.
  • Mix the sherry with the salt, the sugar and the soy sauce.
  • Thread the slices of meat onto skewers and spread marinade over them.
  • Cook the meat skewers on the grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side and serve with the lemon chutney.


  • 750 grams pork fillet, washed, dried and sliced
  • 1 onion, peeled and diced
  • 500 grams lemon jelly
  • 100 ml vinegar
  • 100 grams brown sugar
  • 2 untreated lemon juice and zest sliced
  • Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Cardamon powder
  • 2 teaspoon Ground ginger
  • Ground cloves
  • 1 tablespoon sherry
  • Sugar, to taste
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt, to taste
