Preparation Method :

  • Mix the white cabbage with the salt and knead or pummel it. The white cabbage must become very soft.
  • Mix the red pepper strips with the white cabbage.
  • Stir the salt, pepper, the caraway seeds and the vinegar into the fresh cream and mix with the vegetables.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve.


  • 75 grams small white cabbage, washed, hard core discarded, Julienne the quarters
  • 150 grams fresh cream
  • 1 red pepper, washed, deseeded and cut into strips
  • ½ teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 2 tablespoon brandy vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Parsley for garnishing
