Preparation Method :

  • Mix the cheese with the oil and herbs and stuff into the tomatoes, grill the tomatoes for about 5-7 minutes.
  • Spice the meat with salt and pepper. Grill the entrecotes for about 5-7 minutes on each side.
  • Place a knob of herb butter onto the entrecôtes and serve with the tomatoes.


  • 350 grams large tomatoes, washed, cut off the tops and scrape out the contents
  • 100 grams mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 75 grams herb butter
  • 4 slices of entrecôte, 1cm thick, washed, dried
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon herbs
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
