Preparation Method :

  • Boil the vinegar together with half a cup of water.
  • Put the onions into the boiling vinegar and water together with the sugar, the savory, salt and pepper.
  • Let the beans simmer in the brew for about 15-20 minutes.
  • Allow cool down in the brew, take them out, arrange and garnish with herbs.


  • 500 grams young, green beans, washed
  • 100 ml white wine vinegar
  • 150 grams onions, peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 sprig of savory
  • Pepper and Salt, to taste
  • Herbs for garnishing
