STUFFED MUSHROOMS

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the butter and fry the diced onion for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the boiled ham and the mozzarella.
  • Mix all the ingredients and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • Then mix the parsley with the chopped mushroom stalks and stuffing.
  • Put the stuffing into the mushrooms and spread olive oil over them.
  • Grill the mushrooms for about 3 - 5 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

  • 550 grams fresh mushrooms with brown tops, cut out the stalks and chop finely
  • 250 grams mozzarella
  • 150 grams boiled ham
  • 250 grams boiled potatoes, cut into small cubes
  • 1 onion, peeled and diced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • ½ sprig of parsley, washed, dried and finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil for spreading
