Preparation Method :

  • Heat the oil and fry the onion rings in it for about 3-5 minutes with the slices of apple, gherkin and bockwurst.
  • Dilute the mixture with the vinegar and the meat stock and allow it to boil and then remove from the heat.
  • Add the mustard and add the mashed garlic to the mixture. 
  • Mix the hot potatoes with all the ingredients and spice with salt and pepper. Finally add chopped parsley.


  • 150 grams gherkins pickled with mustard seeds, drained and sliced
  • 750 grams potatoes, cleaned, boiled, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 onion, peeled and cut into rings
  • 50 ml meat stock
  • 2 bockwurst sausages, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 apple, peeled, cored and cut into slices
  • 2 tablespoon mustard
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • Pepper and Salt, to taste
  • 1 bunch of parsley, washed, dried and chopped
