ZUCCHINI FROM THE FIRE

Preparation Method :

  • Mix the zucchini slices with the onion rings and spice with salt and pepper.
  • Fold the ham strips of ham and the oil into the vegetables.
  • Put the vegetables onto 4 sufficiently large pieces of aluminium foil.
  • Close the aluminium foil. Put the vegetable packages into the embers and cook them there for about 10-12 minutes.
  • After cooking, arrange and serve immediately.

  • 2 zucchini (courgettes), washed and sliced
  • 3 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 onions, peeled and cut into rings
  • 145 grams cooked ham, cut into strips
