Preparation Method :

  • Put the bean curd in a bowl. Pour boiling water over it. Leave for 30 seconds. Drain, and cut into shreds.
  • Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil. Put in the spinach, and bring it back to a boil. Take the pan from the heat. Drain and cool the spinach. Squeeze out any excess water.
  • In a bowl, mix the spinach with the bean curd.
  • Mix together the sauce, sesame oil and vinegar. Fold the mixture into the spinach and bean curd. Serve cool.


  • 500 grams bean curd
  • 500 grams spinach
  • 2 tablespoons tamari or shoyu sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
