Preparation Time :

Preparation Method :

  • Using an electric mixer, whip the cream and sugar together until thee mixture form stiff peaks.
  • Prepare the espresso and pour into individual cups.
  • Pour half the caramel sauce into each cup and mix well.
  • Place a heaping spoonful of ice cream on each cup and pour on the cream.
  • Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  • Serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 ml sweet cream
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 servings espresso at room temperature, short
  • 2 tablespoons caramel sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tablespoons bittersweet chocolate chips
