CARAMEL BRANDY COFFEE

Preparation Method :

  • Prepare the caramel sauce: In a small saucepan, cook the sugar while stirring over medium heat, until the sugar turns into a light brown caramel.
  • Lower the heat and add the cream. Cook for 15 minutes, until smooth and uniform. Remove from the heat and set aside. Store in refrigerator in a sealed container for up to 2 weeks.
  • Pour 1 serving of espresso into each cup. Add 1 tablespoon of die caramel sauce, 1 teaspoon of brandy, and a quarter of a cup of milk to each cup, and mix well.
  • Serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tablespoons sugar 
  • 100 ml sweet cream
  • 4 servings double espresso 
  • 4 teaspoons good brandy
  • 200 ml lukewarm milk
