DRIP-BREWED CAFE MOCHA

Preparation Time :

Preparation Method :

  • Mix the cocoa and sugar together.
  • In a small saucepan, combine the cocoa sugar mixture and milk, and bring to a boil over low heat while stirring. Set aside.
  • Place a filter in the coffee machine and add the coffee and sugar (to taste).
  • Pour the water into the coffeemaker and turn it on.
  • Pour the cocoa mixture into the individual cups.
  • When the coffee is ready, pour into the cups, and sprinkle cocoa powder on top to decorate.
  • Serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoons fine cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 100 ml milk
  • 8 tablespoons ground roasted coffee
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (adjust quantity according to taste)
  • 1 litre water
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder, for dusting
