Preparation Method :

  • Place ground coffee in filter basket of coffee maker.
  • Add water to coffee maker and brew according to manufacturer's directions.
  • Discard coffee grounds. Pour coffee into small pitcher.
  • Stir sugar into coffee until dissolved.
  • Cover and cool about 2 hours or until coffee reaches room temperature.
  • In small bowl stir together Milk, chocolate syrup, vanilla and cinnamon extract.
  • Stir into cooled coffee. Pour over ice cubes.


  • 100 ml regular or decaffeinated ground dark roast coffee
  • 800 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 400 ml milk
  • 50 ml chocolate syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon extract
  • Ice cubes
