WHITE MOKA COFFEE

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Pill the lower chamber of the pot with milk, until it reaches the screw or the valve (depending upon which type of pot you are using).
  • Place the filter on top and add 2 tablespoons of coffee. Use a spoon to level the coffee so that it is not compressed when the pot is closed.
  • Heat uncovered over low heat.
  • Heat the coffee until a thin stream of coffee begins to trickle from the spout.
  • Cover the pot and continue to heat, until steam escapes from the sprout.
  • Remove from heat, wait 3minutes, pour into serving cups.
  • Serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoons Italian coffee, espresso ground
  • 200 ml milk (the exact amount of milk needed will vary according to the type of pot used to prepare the coffee)
