BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE

Preparation Time :

Preparation Method :

  • Process the juice and yogurt into a food processor until combined.
  • Add in the eggs and frozen bananas and process until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into glasses and decorate with the banana slices.

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 ml plain yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 200 ml orange juice  
  • 2 small banana slices, to decorate
